Education Strategy & Development.

Established and newly formed organizations both need future forward strategy. The old model of strategic planning has become outdated due its lack of flexibility and an reliance on easily attained goals instead of true impact. I have facilitated major strategic planning in two schools that have led to international recognition for innovation and have been personally awarded for innovative leadership in this regard. I have also worked with corporate entities such as the American Chamber of Commerce to effectively lobby and impact government policy.
